GÖRGEY ARTÚR, A TETTEK EMBERE

A dolgozat az 1848-49-es szabadságharc ismertetése révén részletesen foglalkozik Kossuth és Görgey, a forradalom két vezéregyénisége kapcsolatával. A fő téma egy kérdés körül forog: vajon mennyire befolyásolta kettejük személyes kapcsolata a fontos politikai és katonai döntéseket?
A kutatás alapvető célja Görgeyt a tettei tükrében bemutatni, nem mellőzve ezzel a szubjektív hatásokat sem. Ezen belül vizsgálja a riva-litás kérdését és hogy miért tette árulóvá őt mind a történelem, mind a közvélemény.
A dolgozat kettejük (Kossuth és Görgey) levelezésére, történészek elemzéseire és egy történelmi regényre támaszkodik. Szilárd véleményem szerint a Görgeyre ragasztott bélyeg nem az igazságot szolgálja, és mindez történt azért, mert voltak (s vannak) tettek, melyeket elkövetőik másokra hárítanak.
Befejezésképpen ismertetem az elmúlt idők és a győzedelmeskedő jelenkor nézeteit e kérdésben.

ARTÚR GÖRGEY, A MAN OF ACTION

The essay deals with the relationship between Kossuth and Görgey through the Hungarian Revolution (1848-49), as the two main characters of it. The main topic is the question: how much was their personal relationship influenced by important political and military decisions. Finally, I describe opinions about the subject, held in past times and in the victorious present.
The main aim of the research is to introduce Görgey through his actions, while not ignoring subjective influences either. Within this, the question of rivalry is being examined, too, and the reason why he appears in the history and public opinion as a traitor. The essay is based on their (Kossuth and Görgey's) correspondence, on historical
analyses and on a historical novel. In my strong opinion, the "stamp" sticked on Görgey does not serve the truth, and all this happened just because there were (and are) actions, whose perpetrators blame others to be guilty.

U ovom radu detaljno se bavim odnosom dva glavna karaktera revolucije, Košuta i Gergejija, analizirajući oslobodilačku borbu 1848-49. Glavna tema se bazira na dva pitanja: da li i koliko je njihov odnos uticao na važne političke i vojne odluke? U zaključku iznosim stavove iz prošlih vremena, kao i pobedničko savremeno mišljenje o ovom pitanju.
Osnovni cilj naučnog ispitivanje je predstaviti Gergejija kroz njegova dela, bez zanemarivanja subjektivnih uticaja. U tom okviru postav-lja se i pitanje rivaliteta, kao i zašto su ga istorija i javno mišljenje učinili izdajnikom?
Pismeni zadatak se bazira na njihovom (Košut i Gergelji) dopisivanju, istraživanjima istoričara, kao i na jednom istorijskom romanu. Po mom čvrstom uverenju "žig" koju su dali Gergejiju ne predstavlja istinu i sve se ovo desilo zbog toga što su postojala iskrivljena tumačenja i manipulacije istorijskom materijom.
