A kutat�si besz�mol� r�szletesen ismerteti annak a k�rd��ves felm�r�snek �s attit�dvizsg�latnak a folyamat�t �s eredm�nyeit, amely 2004 tavasz�n, Zent�n, a Bolyai (kor�bban Term�szettudom�nyi-matematikai) Tehets�ggondoz� Gimn�zium �s Koll�gium di�kjainak k�r�ben k�sz�lt.
A kutat�s c�lja az iskol�ba j�r� tanul�k n�zeteinek, v�lem�ny�nek �s �rzelmeinek felt�r�sa az iskol�ban foly� tan�t�ssal �s az iskolai l�gk�rrel kapcsolatban.
A kutat�s sor�n egy�ni �r�sbeli kik�rdez�s m�dszerei - k�rd��ves felm�r�s �s attit�dvizsg�lat - ker�ltek alkalmaz�sra. A k�rd��v elk�sz�t�se a fel�ll�tott hipot�zisek alapj�n t�rt�nt. A vizsg�lat eredm�nyei magas ar�nyban korrel�lnak az el�zetes felt�telez�sekkel, k�l�n�sk�ppen a k�vetkez�ket illet�leg:
o a gimn�zium tanul�i nagy sz�mban teljes�tm�nyorient�ltak;
o a tanul�k ig�nylik a v�ltozatos pedag�giai m�dszerek �s eszk�z�k alkalmaz�s�t,
o az oszt�ly tanul�ira jellemz� a kreativit�s.
Az eredm�nyek alapj�n levont k�vetkeztet�sek:
o megfelel�en �rtelmezett tehets�ggondoz�sra sz�ks�g �s ig�ny van;
o ennek �rtelm�ben kiemelked� helyre kellene ker�lnie a szem�lyis�gfejleszt�snek;
o sz�ks�ges a szeml�letv�lt�s a tehets�ggondoz�s ter�let�n.
A k�vetkeztet�sek a szakirodalomban tal�lhat� elm�leti koncepci�k alapj�n szakmai szempontb�l al�t�masztottak.
A kutat�s haszna a pedag�gia gyakorlata sz�m�ra helyi szinten �rv�nyes�l, eredm�nyei felhaszn�lhat�ak a hat�konyabb tehets�ggondoz�s megval�s�t�sa �rdek�ben. Jelent�s�ge a pedag�gia tudom�nya sz�m�ra jelz�s�rt�k�; az �rtelmis�g k�pz�se kapcs�n �ltal�nos szeml�letv�lt�sra van sz�ks�g.

TALENTED PUPILS IN THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR THE TALENTED
The attitude of pupils and their opinion about education in their school

The research represents the results of a survey carried out in the spring of 2004 among the pupils of Bolyai Grammar School, a school for the talented (earlier called Secondary School for Natural Sciences).
The aim of the research was to find out the attitude and feelings of the pupils about the education and general atmosphere in their school.
During the research different interviewing methods and a questionnaire were used. The structure of the questionnaire was built on the constructed hypothesises. The results of the research are more or less the same that were expected to be, especially the following:
o most of the grammar school pupils are achievement-oriented;
o they require different pedagogical methods and instruments;
o most of the pupils are creative.
Conclusions based on these results:
o there is a need for a precisely defined care for the talented;
o according to this the improvement of personality should play a very important role;
o some outdated views need to be changed for this kind of education.
The conclusions do not contradict information from specialized literature.
The benefit from the research for practical pedagogy can be felt at a local level, all the results can be used for more effective education of the talented. It has an embolic importance for pedagogy; that we need a thorough change of views when it comes to the question of the education of the intellectuals.

TALENTOVANA DECA U SPECIJALNOJ GIMNAZIJI ZA TALENTOVANE U�ENIKE
Pristup i mi�ljenja u�enika o radu i vaspitanju u �koli

U prole�e 2004 sprovedeno je istra�ivaje u obliku testiranja me�u �acima u Gimnaziji sa domom za talentovane u�enike "Boljai" (ranije Prirodno-matemati�ka gimnazija).
Ovaj izve�taj nam pokazuje rezultate tog istra�ivanja.
Cilj ovog ispitivanja je bio da �aci te �kole izraze svoja mi�ljenja, razmi�ljanja, ose�anja o na�inu vaspitanja i obrazovanja u �koli, o atmosferi rada i o �koli uop�te.
Na�in ispitivanja je bio u obliku pojedina�nog testiranja, a test je sastavljen na osnovu ve� ranije postavljene hipoteze.
Rezultati u velikoj meri koreliraju sa ve� ranije postavljenim hipotezama, a naro�ito slede�i:
o u�enici gimnazije su u velikoj meri orijentirani na u�inak;
o imaju potrebu za kori��enjem razli�itih sredstava u radu i potrebu za �irokim spektrom metoda pedago�kog rada;
o kreativnost je izra�eno velika.
Na osnovu ovih pomenutih rezultata mo�emo zaklju�iti:
o postoji velika potreba za dobro i pravilno usmerenim vaspitanjem talentovane dece;
o zna�ajno mesto bi trebalo da zauzme razvoj li�nosti;
o potrebna je promena ustaljenog mi�ljenja u ovoj sferi.
Zaklju�ci su stru�no poduprti na osnovu misaonih koncepcija iz stru�nih literatura.
Ispitivanje u pedago�koj praksi je od lokalnog zna�aja u toj sferi, rezultati se mogu iskoristiti u cilju boljeg i stru�nijeg obrazovanja te dece. Zna�aj ispitivanja je za pedagogiju kao nauku od signaliziraju�eg zna�aja; zna�i u vaspitanju obrazovanih ljudi potrebna je sveobuhvatna promena ustaljenog mi�ljenja i razmi�ljanja.
